Yodeling Practice

Well, I’m home after another awesome practice with my fellow musicians………..Jo Foster and John Payne.
My Nana Jo plays guitar with me and John, I call him Uncle John, plays bass.
We are working hard getting ready for our Hatch Chili Festival performance!
Have you ever been to Hatch? Let me know if you have.
I absolutely love chili peppers so I can’t wait!
We will be performing Saturday at 1:45 and Sunday at 1:00.
Please come……I’d love to see some of my friends there.
I’m also excited to perform Sat. night with one of my favorite western swing bands, The Desperados!!!
This is going to be the best weekend ever!!!
Later,
Tiffany Jo

Yodeling Exhibit

I am just about as excited as I can possibly be!!!!!! I am so honored to have been asked to perform at the Lincoln Cowboy Symposium this year in Riudoso, New Mexico. That is October 7, 8 and 9th.
I was also asked at the time to be a part of a yodeling exhibit! That is going to be absolutely awesome!
I”ll write more as I received additional information!
Yod-e-la-e-o
Hope to see you there!

Yodeling on my new CD????

I just received an email from someone wondering if my new cd would have yodeling on it?
Of course!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don’t think I could ever do a cd without yodeling on it.
I LOVE YODELING!!!!
I also hold the title International Yodeling Champion! When I was 11 years old I won this title in the 17 and under category at the Western Music Association competition in Wichita, Kansas.
So yes! My new cd will have yodeling as well as some other neat surprises!!!!
I can only hope that you enjoy listening to my new cd as much as I have enjoyed recording it for you!
Back to my school work,
Tiffany Jo

Yodeling

Do you know how to yodel? I think yodeling is so much fun! There are several different types. Some folks do Swiss/Alpine yodeling which is beautiful. Personally, I have always enjoyed western yodeling.
My Nana Jo use to yodel when she was a child. She is the one who got me interested.
I was helping her make cookies one day and she let out a yodel. I just repeated it. It sounded like an echo.
She was shocked. She just did it without even thinking and did not expect me to yodel back. ha
I was six years old.
And, I have yodeled ever since that day.
Please check out my website for more information.
thanks,
Tiffany Jo
